🕑 Added 2021-12-30 01:35:12 +0000 UTCDinner at Mizumi, a Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star Award-winning restaurant, inside the Wynn Resort is quite the experience. Especially their live table side cooking in the more intimate teppanyaki room. What a fun night of delicious food in a lively environment. I have also been in their dining room which is very elegant and beautiful. It faces a private Japanese garden with a 90 foot waterfall.
I finally got the chance to try Japanese Whiskey which I had been wanting to do for awhile now. I was suggested Hibicki Harmony Whisky. Unfortunately, it tasted very much like a Scotch to me and I have a difficult time with the peat flavor. The food more than made up for it! I know others have raved about it, but it wasn't my cup of tea. I'll include some information about it below for those of you who are interested.
Tasting Notes by Master of Malt
Nose: Red berries, green apple and layers of rich honey.
Palate: Melted butter and caramelised dates. A hint of fragrant sandalwood develops into warming, oak-y spice.
Finish: Brown sugar, citrus peels, white grape and black pepper.

Jordan, you could do a review of Las Vegas tap water and I would find both it, and you, highly mesmerizing! I have not been to a Japanese restaurant since before Covid and you just made me hungry for it!

Highly suggest you find a Hibiki 12 or 17. It’s better than the Harmony.
