Your face is always photo ready. Your beauty starts within you and radiates out. I can only guess that the guy holding the camera saw something he liked. As much as we plan, strategize etc sometimes the best pictures are the ones that just happen.

Looking at the photo, I'm somewhat remembering that it was just supposed to be a leg and heel shoot and my face and hair weren't "photo ready". I was probably trying to hide myself and frustrated a full shot was being taken.๐ I would never be in a full on photoshoot without lipstick!!๐โบ๏ธ๐

Just a little ๐ Some times they lose sight of the fact that the means and the ends need to justify each other. The other side of the coin is their work is always seen and judged by so many who have no clue what goes into making great pictures day in and day out. You start with a stunning subject and you are motivated to be as great.
