Announcement: End of Book 2/Book 3

Since we're approaching the end of the second book in the Pale Light series, "Good Treasons", I'm bringing up the usual end break. For those of you new to the Patreon, I usually take a month-long break between books to get a breather and put all my ducks in a row for the next one.
This time, however, it's going to have to be a little different. My fiancée is pregnant and is due to give birth on the first week of September! While we're very excited about that, by my count this means it's possible the birth will be happening before the end of Good Treasons.
I'll be taking my three weeks of parental leave when my kid is born, but to take that time off then finish up Good Treasons and promptly take another break seems counter-intuitive. What'll be happening, instead, is that I'll be taking six weeks off after the birth and I will treat that time as both my parental leave and the between-books pause.
To put it in simpler words, sometimes in early September I'll be taking a six week break but afterwards when updates resume there will be no pause between Good Treasons and the third book of Pale Lights.
Money-wise, as is usual for my break I'll be pausing my Patreon for the month. The six-week length means this time there will be a month where there are only partial updates but you still get charged, so if you have an objection to that by all means withdraw for that month!
So this is a lot, and biology being a capricious mistress means I can't give you a precise timeline, so I'll be keeping you all posted with another update when we get closer to the due date and then a final announcement after the kid is born.
Thinks of this as an early warning so no one is taken by surprise!
