I just assumed he had key hole surgery. If your breasts are under B cup and have tight skin you can get key hole breast removal and the scars are basicly invisible. I wish I could get that but I was cursed with a large bust from my mothers side.
I am guessing he means that he had top surgery (breast removal) and accepted himself as a man?

ok nobody crucified me or feel offended by this but i need to ask in what sense they mean transitioned like natural or medical. by this im asking if he was born like this or was it because of an operation or what does that word implied? honestly im bad interpreting this kind of stuff. btw love this latest pages you capture that sense of shame and excitement so well
