It was replaced with the Visions AIO mod. That said, you can grab the old Pantheon version here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Ap-EI5YSlcqspRrKf6IE2eBN_HS5-dSe/view?usp=drive_link. Grab it soon, because the link isn't permanent.

May I ask the reason this mod's been deleted from Nexus? Feel so pity for this_(:з」∠)_

Might want to check your load order. Its just a replacer so there are no scripts - only assets and a plugin that changes the paths to those assets. CTDs are usually caused by missing masters (this mod has none) or a bug like the DLL version of SOS has when adding a new ESL-Flagged plugin.
