Tobirama is also hiruzen's sensei. So not only are they fellow hokages, but he is fighting his mentor. Edit: steve Blum does a good job as orochimaru. Esp later "you foolish old man! Give me back my arms!"

Orochimaru was still able to bind Tobirama the second time around thanks to Hashi's cells. Hashi on the other hand could unbind himself at any given time.

This ep for me is such a goated episode. One of my fav fighting sequences was when Monkey King: Enma was summoned and the 3rd goes against Orochimaru, the fighting and music is top tier! Also the ending was sooo good too.

Not sure if this clarification will help, but these are technically not their corpses. The reanimation requires the body and life of another as a one time payment. (I believe these two are the sound ninja from the chunin exams sadly enough) The scroll he put in them with the kunai was to remove their autonomy as he was asking them to shut up earlier and it was basically instructions on control. (Since Madision mentioned it, you should know they weren't summoned to their full power or else Orochimaru wouldn't be able to control them at all)

It's interesting to question whether or not Orochimaru is even human anymore after using the immortality jutsu. Creepy fringe science jutsu stuff. I actually really love his character for his experimentation and discover of jutsu even though the methods are a bit suspect ;D

Man Orochimaru's laughter here remains one of my favourite moments in Naruto. He really is just creepy. Other than Hisoka and maybe Gyutaro I cant think of anyone near Orochimaru's creepiness
