It's going to be explained further down the line regardless. It's better that he doesn't correct her and just let's it happen. I've noticed sometimes when she asks certain things or starts to figure things he keeps quiet on purpose, so when it does get explained the reaction is al the more genuine. The reactions are fine, she just jumped the gun on that one, she's been mostly right, it happens.

Sakura was completely reasonable in this episode which I really liked.

Sakura as werid as some people might find it is actually in my top five characters, even from the beginning. She has nothing, no formal training, no bloodline trait, she simply aspires to be a ninja, and is leaning on nothing more than her book smarts. Love as shallow a motive as it might seem is something that drives a lot of young girls IRL and I feel like that is represented well with Sakura. Plus I have a younger sister so I think I just empathize with Sakura more than most people.
