Idk man. In shippuden, they clearly know stuff that they shouldnt if it wasnt actually them. Like, i know its not their actual bodies, but their memories are there. But also, Madara (and itachi)

Yeah but there has been like 15 comments already of people explaining that jutsu but it's pointless.

Dude don't take this too serious, it's normal for them not to understand everything. In hindsight it's easy for us of course. Sometimes it annoys me when they talk constantly and not listen to the dialogue but hey that's their style. No one is perfect and trying to please everyone can be very difficult if not impossible.

It's still not fully them, cause there not using there original body plus they haven't explained alot about the reanimation jutsu in original Naruto. They get more in detail in Shippuden about reanimation, so it would be kinda spoiling her before the show explain it thier self.

There has been few comments about people explaining reanimation jutsu under every episode for like past 5 episodes and they still don't understand it and keep saying it's not really them that it's fake and it's really starting to annoy me. I know Madison doesn't read the comments cuz of spoilers but I think Baris doesn't read them anymore either or he just doesn't understand reanimation even after all of those comments that explained it.... REANIMATED PERSON IS REALLY THEM, HAS HIS SAME OLD MEMORIES AND PERSONALITY AND HIS SOUL, LIKE IT IS ACTUALLY THEM, UNLESS THE PERSON THAT REANIMATED THEM PUTS ANOTHER JUTSU ON THEM (orochimaru putting tag kunais into 1st and 2nd Hokage) THAT MAKES THEM OBEY EVERY COMMAND GIVEN TO THEM BY THAT PERSON.

To be fair to Madison, she saw him fight Gaara and did some amazing shit plus he is learning advanced ninjutsu. But yeah Kabuto is still definitely beyond him right now. But you know our boy is resilient

Baris appears to have very bad attention spans. Even during reactions he goes off on a tangent mid important conversations because either he has seen it or is actually distracted at times. Hope he reads the comments and gets it.

They definitely could. If orochimaru wanted control of them then they don't retain free will. Remember the hokage's actually spoke to sarutobi from their own mind. What orochimaru could not do is revive them at full power because then their free will would not be surpressed.

While it is their soul, they do become bound to the person that summoned them. They no longer have any free will so it isn't like things could go back to how they were when they were actually alive.

yeah if he watched shippuden and didnt realize that after all the other reanimations AND the naruto/fourth Hokage scene at the end of the war then IDK. I mean even the third vs the first and second?!?!?! like... he ripped their souls out and put them in the reapers belly to suffer forever and felt horrible for it. dont get it twisted love you Baris <3

Yeah and I think Madison overestimates how strong Naruto is at this point in the series. Kabuto is far more advanced than him at this point. Naruto's skillset in part one is pretty top heavy (knows advanced jutsu like shadow clones, summoning jutsu, and rasengan, but his foundation is terrible and he's not a great taijutsu practitioner yet). He's pretty solidly a chunnin level ninja at best by the end of part one when you discount the Kurama factor.

The reanimation jutsu is literally a summoning jutsu that summons that dead spirits from the afterworld. The physical body is fake. That's why the jutsu requires a sacrifice. But make no mistake; it is the real person 100%. I can tell Baris hasn't watched shippuden. Looking forward to the shippuden episodes.

This is a really good fight, especially considering all the strongest ninja are nerfed somehow (the nerfs make sense in story, so I'm not criticizing). I never looked at it from that point of view until Baris pointed out that all of the Sannin are handicapped. As much as I would love to see an all-out, full power battle of the Sannin, it makes much more sense story wise to do it this way, AND the viewers don't get spoiled with large scale battles too early in the story.

Fasho. A dream match I wish happened in any part of Naruto was Kabuto and Shikamaru. Their resourcefulness and ability to strategize on the fly would've been a great battle.
