In one of Lee's flashbacks, Guy has the team state their goals as a ninja, similar to what Kakashi did with Team 7 on the first day. Tenten specifically says that she want's to be a powerful ninja and walk in the footsteps of the legendary kunoichi Tsunade. So yes... people know who she is.

Madison's predictions are great! Sakura becoming a healer, and realizing that Tsunade sent Naruto away so he wouldn't hear the bad news. Amazing to me that she noticed light in Sakura's eyes when seeing the healing. I think I was totally clueless when I watched the show the first time around. I didn't pick up on half the stuff that she does. Love the reactions!
