Just a quick explanation of the Akimichi clan's secret jutsu. They're able to convert calories into chakra. That's why they lose all their fat when they enter butterfly mode. It uses every bit of stored up calories (fat) all at once.

I noticed that to. Seemed like Jirobo was projecting on to Choji. Jirobo was disliked and insulted by his group and left behind while Choji was left behind simply because he had friends who truly believed in him. Beautifully written honestly
