Back when I originally watched shippuden for the first time, I never thought of this arc as filler just like a quick side story.

It was too stressful to take in everybody's inputs all the time so we went with what Madison wanted to do (watch the fillers) This is supposed to be a fun & enjoyable journey for everybody but for some reason a few Patrons want us to finish the entire series within a day LOL

Eh they do what they want. We can always wait or unsub a month etc. Most of us learned how bad this arc was the hardway. we can give them a chance to do the same

I cant accept it adds to a story when it doesn't exist. Its no different than a harry potter Fan fiction. Sure its entertaining but is actually a harry potter story if JK didn't write it? To me this filler ark is worst than the bleach zanpakuto ark Not saying i care what they watch though. Ill just wait for them to catch up. I watched it once. They should too. However the 3 tails story has been retconned by Kishimoto already as well.

Did I say the word need... No I said it was worth the watch. As someone who is watched, both only Canon all the way through and every single episode, including filler more than 5 times all the way through. The filler adds quite a bit to the overall entertainment value. Also, if you don't like the filler episodes, don't watch them. They wanted to so they did...and seems like they enjoyed it. Which is the point of their channel them reacting, us watching their reactions... We don't pay to be a patron so that we can control them. We pay to be a patron so that we can support them while they provide entertainment to us, allowing us to relive vicariously our first experience in watching these things. You can always choose to skip those filler episodes, you so desperately seem to want to avoid.

There is some relevance to the story especially around the 3 tails and Akatsuki. Besides, we need to enjoy as much of Jiraiya as we can 😮‍💨🥲 *she doesn’t read the comments*

Doesn't matter if it's canon or not. If it's entertaining, it's worth a watch and it just adds to the story. Not only that, I think a lot of the naruto filler is done very well because it's still ties itself to the canon in a creative way, while also giving more depth to side characters that we all come to love.
