It doesn't matter he switched bodies. Part of his soul is still sealed away. He only gains his jutsu back in episode 365 once he cuts open the demon gods stomach. After he does, the part of his soul that contains his arms goes back into his body. And he proclaims he now has all his original power back.

Don’t know why they thought Naruto was actually going to put up a fight against Orochimaru. He’s leagues above Naruto 😂 It would’ve made much more sense for Sai to stay behind while Naruto searches but they had to do it for the plot.

The reason orochimaru left was because if you remember kabuto said he was at his limit fighting the ninetails, so obviously his body could not take another fight with naruto Yamato and Sakura so he left

Just a reminder for why Orochimaru is only using the striking shadow snake jutsu. The Third Hokage sealed his arms when they fought. So he lost the ability to perform all the jutsu he learned. All he can do now are jutsus that don't require hand seals and the jutsu from his host's body.
