And ugh it’s sometimes episodes like this that make me dislike Choji’s character. Incredibly well said about Kakashi being a cornerstone of the Leaf.... It was painfully magical to see her reaction and the impact of this part of the arc. The writers knew how to make the urgency and danger feel real unlike some shows where death or tragedy is taken for granted. Of all the antagonists in Naruto, I genuinely hate Danzo the most (which is a good thing since he is an antagonist). Is there any character in this show that I should despise more?
