Quick correction. Raikage is no where near as fast as the yellow flash. They made it a point to say his reaction time and nerve transmission are on par not his speed. Nobody here is fucking with Minato

They wouldn't have been able to retrieve the Byakugan from the corpse of Neji's father because of his curse mark. Once a side branch Hyuga member dies, the curse mark seals the Byakugan away as a way to prevent it from falling into enemy hands. Ao must have either gotten his from someone in the main branch or before they started implementing the curse marks. Sorry for the paragraph.

no you guys missed and got it wrong, Neji's father had nothing to do with the Hidden Mist, it was the Hidden Cloud the Raikage's village who was responsible for the Hyuga incident of trying to steal Hinata. it is unclear as to how and who's Byakugan eye Ao who is a Hidden Mist ninja has
