What do you mean? It spoils nothing. It's the whole hook to the show. This isn't a case of a flashforward, like in Shippuden. In Shippuden that flashforward didn't exist in the manga, so the anime was spoiling a future arc. The flashforward in Boruto is part of the story, no one's supposed to skip it.

Baris if you are planning to watch the Boruto anime, please DO NOT watch and react to the opening scene prior to the opening credits of the very first episode. It is a flash-forward scene that spoils everything. Don't worry that scene will play again in the final episode 293, where it will make more sense.
