Inspiration from kakashi? Kakashi basically bullies him all the time at this point. It cannot be inspiring. Vegeta for example had a complex that Goku was upstaging him when in fact Goku was just doing his own thing... In this case though Kakashi was rubbing it in every day that he was better than Obito.
