Upside-down composition is not difficult, but it is hard work to turn the canvas over and over again. It tires the brain.
When drawing an upside-down image, the thing you have to be most careful of is gravity. This is true for breasts, but hair, especially bangs, is a big problem. Sometimes people draw bangs that don't follow gravity, but I try to make the bangs follow gravity as much as possible without ruining the design.
