Australian Telecommunications DC Supply use blue for -48V (negative) and red for 0V (positive) which is also grounded.

Blue for neutral, brown for line/live (active) - sure but only on low voltage ac (ie normal mains power). Blue and brown aren’t the colours for any other supply type and certainly not for dc! Current uk wiring regs (18th amd 2) table 51 has red+ white- for dc. This standard is harmonised with European regs so would expect the same there. So not clear of the reason R&S used blue/brown outputs on that PSU. I agree - weird.

Copyright strike risk for “Twinkle, twinkle little star”? Not likely since the tune pre-dates the “Twinkle twinkle” lyrics (early 19th century) by about 50 years (~mid-18th century). Appreciate the “mechanical” repair video. They don’t all require an oscilloscope to diagnose, right?
