The Swordsmith doesnt have authority over the weapon he forged thats why he said its heavy. Kirito already shown to have high enough authority to wield it

kiritos sword became heavy because the smith finished forging it giving it an required object authority level, higher than the smith can handle. kirito on the other hand gained a lot of xp from killing the goblins. it was the same with the blue rose sword, before the goblins, they could barely lift it
