MONDAY MOTIVATION - Schedule your way to success

Time is PRECIOUS so in this video, we talk about how we can be more organised by scheduling and pre planning to maximise every hour of each day and be more in control of our lives!

TIME IS PRECIOUS
Why it’s important to be organised and pre plan/schedule your life:
-Reduces stress
-Be in control
-Improved time management
-Higher levels of productivity and efficiency
-Sense of accomplishment and achievement
-Less procrastination
-Improves your decision making
-Inspire others
-Be more intentional
Why we find this hard:
-Lack of prioritisation
-Procrastination
-Overload
-Instant gratification
-Change - life happens
-Fear of commitment
-Resistance of structure
-Lack of accountability
-Perfectionism
-Poor organisation skills
What we can do to help ourselves:
-Use a digital calendar!
-Learn to prioritise
-Start the jigsaw puzzle
-Time block
-To do lists/table
-Minimise distractions
-Batch similar tasks
-Create routines
-Learn to say no
-Use technology wisely
-Do your research and assess options
-Try to stay flexible

Super simple technology idea: use your reminder app on your phone. I just ask Siri to remind me to do “blank” at a certain time and I don’t even have to open my phone and be distracted. It’s a simple thing to do so I don’t forget small tasks, AND I don’t have to worry to try to remember later.
