I fell down a flight of stairs when I was 21 and messed up my L5/S1. I spent a little over a decade in a wheelchair before I finally got 4 back surgeries and can walk again. My heaviest was over 500 lbs (6'7" tall). Now I walk between 4-6 miles per day. I've lost over 100 lbs. Different man indeed! Kudos to you on your health journey!
