Hmm, good idea but they stand out too much imo, i'd say, make them just tiny bit less visible and it'll be great.

Personally I think it would clash too much, since you are now combining two different art styles - the more exaggerated, comic one (e.g. face) with a realistic one. That said, I like more detailed butts & vulvas, but in your case the anus seems kind of misplaced/wrong, don't know why exactly though. Maybe too large?
