New FNAFN test build - 9/09/2021
🕑 Added 2021-09-09 04:05:26 +0000 UTCIts that time again, hopefully a majority of the issues people encountered in the last build have been resolved! I know theres still a lot of features not in-game yet (sex scenes, phone calls, etc) but any feedback would be appreciated!
In terms of content like sex scenes, the best option might be to allow them to be played via video - so creators can create custom animations with custom sounds. The problem from this, however, is that video players range from great (but expensive) to hardly functional. Hopefully by the end of the month I'll be able to purchase and implement this, which looks very promising.
Changes:
- Added sound design to Bonnie's jumpscare
- Added sound design to Chica's jumpscare
- Implemented Mangle, Foxy and Freddy's jumpscares
- Added menu sounds
- Added more visual clarity to options menu on what is selected
- Fixed off-center camera flash overlay
- Disabled alt+enter to enable fullscreen (caused a bunch of issues)
- Fixed an obscure crash involving Obj_Camera_Control not being found
- Potentially fixed an issue involving alarms/timers not being set or not being triggered
- Potentially fixed shader issue involving fullscreen
- Fixed a UI scaling issue involving fullscreen
- Slight tweaks to timing in Foxy's AI
- Disabled depth buffers being created for surfaces as they were unnecessary
Things to note:
- Using integrated graphics is not recommended, as it seems to break shaders. I can try to fix this but I'm not sure if its engine-level (meaning I might not be able to fix it at all) or not.
- Credits section is still empty and options outside of the "video" and "audio" segments are not functional.

not sure if you knew about this already but if you try to open the door while foxy is banging on it then it crashes the game, at least the 2 times i did it it happened

chances are thats a memory issue, I'd recommend taking a look at how much VRAM/video memory your GPU has - using this tutorial https://www.laptopmag.com/au/articles/check-vram-windows-10
