Wow, This sums up everything. The enders masquerading their little group to fool people into thinking they are helping. They seem to have a more evil/villain look than a hero's grace. Steban and martin are the heros, Balthazar and his little desert crusade will see to that. (Edit: If there's a book 2, I will definitely be keeping an eye out, including other projects. This has been an emotional ride so far. I got my membership today and like I said in one of the previous posts, money very well spent. I know 5 dollars might not seem much, but I hope it helps. You're by far the most talented artist and your comics are thrilling. I never thought I could get so attached to such characters, but I did.

Seeing Martin smile adds ten years to my life! Also loving the detail of Steban helping fix up the saloon, even though he wasn't the one who started the fight. Compare that to Billy and the others, who destroyed everything, got preferential treatment from the sheriff, then dipped. In Billy's case, he's busy busting heads and being a rotten henchman. Meanwhile, it's the outcast and the outsider who are actively trying to help Oddwind and its people. Something to think about, HUH BALTHAZAR???

Martin is surprisingly optimistic given everything his been through so far! XD The story may be far from over at this point, but our diminutive beagle writer has already had far more adventure than he's bargained for! I'm glad to see he can still have such a positive mindset despite it all. And look at that, he's even smiling! Yes Martin, I want to see where this is going too! :)

I love Martin’s outlook here. He’s still realistically adjusting to his surroundings and current situation and is still set on his conviction, but seeing him actually willing to branch out just a tad to new possibilities gives his growth a more reasonable yet still incredibly satisfying touch.
