Those are the little bits of noise that come from a random light bounce. I also use a denoiser but that can't differentiate from the small details on the pantyhose and regular noise.. so it causes a flat blobby mess where little details are...
That's enough complaining. I started on page 4!

The final result is definitely worth the time and effort! That last panel is a huge trouser-raiser (if that is a real term). I love that her apparent plan is to quickly rub one out right then and there.
