I just copied the Cuddly Octopus template size. So when it gets printed it should be ultra high quality. Though they did say that they used a CYMK 8bit color space. Not sure how that would affect the quality overall.

Also due to the scale of the image, I had to take out the dust and lens dirt to save on memory. It just wouldn't even start rendering with those added in.

21 hours is wild, but it goes to show why AI upscaling fails in this case - you really can't take shortcuts and preserve that level of detail.
