I've been keeping myself busy since last Monday, rendering images, tweaking the script, and making plans for more Patreon content. The patron-only NSFW Sneak Peek proved quite popular, so I'll definitely be doing that more. I'll try to keep it as a biweekly feature, dropping every other weekend.
I'm also working on some special Halloween content, as you can see from the last few images up above. I've got an idea to spotlight everyone's Halloween costumes, inspired by a patron's suggestion, and I think it'll be pretty cool. Stay tuned!
As far as work on the game itself, I'm rolling right along. The total image count for Chapter Four is right around 150, give or take a few renders. That carries us through the first two scenes (the first of which has three possible paths) and into the third. Hoping I can finish out that third scene today, which will basically complete Chapter Four's prologue.
I haven't been writing as much as I'd like to - life's been crazy, which is weird because Autumn is really my cozy, chill time. I just want to eat some chili, drink some cider, and make smut! Still, I just focus on doing a little bit every day, drawing inspiration from Bojack Horseman's sagely Japanese Macaque.

Thank you! I'll get there, slowly but surely. :D And yeah, Bojack really had a lot of profound little moments. I think that some of his rich-guy ennui occasionally leaks into Friends in Need's MC, truth be told. I'm always so happy to hear that people enjoy the romance path. That stuff is so hard to write, because what's sweet and cute to one person, might be totally unbearable for another. I'm glad it seems to hit more than miss! :D

Best of luck with moving forward! That quote from Bojack really stuck with me while watching the show as well. Baby steps each day is what counts most. Take care and am excited to see where the more romantic path leads. Even though the "evil" path scenes were hot to watch. Haha.
