Weekly Update - .040b - BUGFIX PoW Lab Experiments - 1/19/24
🕑 Added 2024-01-03 13:42:59 +0000 UTCThis update is still a bit of a work in progress, but it covers the prison routes for the rival's mom that lead to her being temporarily 'youngified' as a part of an experiment. There'll be an alternate version for those that don't want to do that to her, but that part isn't ready yet (more coming soon). The mother-in-law/sister-in-law are also on their way, though that'll just be an introduction at first.
EDIT (.028c): Bugfix is out to hopefully address the issue with images.
EDIT (.028d): The next party scene involving the mother-in-law's friend isn't ready just yet but I did finish the non-experiment version of the wife/rival's mom stuff.
EDIT (.029a): This update finishes the introduction of the mother-in-law, her friend, and the sister-in-law, as well as the sneak peek of after the party when you go to the lab with the mother-in-law's friend (if you agree to it). There's still one more section of the party to go and then a few evening events before the next public release. No matter what, though, College Daze development will resume next week. EDIT (.029e): Issues with names/images should now be fixed, as well as access to the sneak peek at the lab for the mother-in-law's friend if that wasn't available before.
EDIT (.039a): Alright, a bunch of stuff is finished for this release including the rest of the party scene (intro the ambassador's wife), you can now go into the evening and have conversations with the wife and secretary separately about their birth control and outfits and (in the secretary's case) even make her your property. You can also go and visit the chief of staff at night and have some fun with her and (depending on your relationship) get her open to passing a polygamy law in the future so that you can build your official harem. I have one more thing I want to finish before the public release tomorrow, but beyond that we'll be moving on to College Daze after this.
EDIT (.040a): Okay, the last PoW update is out now that features the full sequence between the player, the head bodyguard, and the deceased donor's son. If you bring them back to the lab, you can have some genderbending fun thanks to VR. For roughly the next month moving forward, I'll be back to College Daze now.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1) If you need a clean install, download the .010a ALL FILES pack from this post.
Step 2) Unzip the all files pack to create your Power of Will folder. From now on, you'll extract future updates and place them in this same folder, overwriting the previous content to update it.
Step 2b) Next, grab .025a and merge those files with your .010a one.
Step 3) If necessary, download an update only pack like the one in this post.
Step 4) Unzip the update only pack and copy the contents of it.
Step 5) Paste these contents in your original 'all files' folder. Your computer will ask if you want to overwrite the existing HTML file. Click yes.
Step 6) If you did everything right, you should have an HTML file that you click to run the game and a fan-made Images folder that has folders from '010' to '025'. If you find an 'Images' folder inside your 'Images' folder, that means you pasted it incorrectly and need to re-copy and paste stuff.
Step 7) When you run the game, the images and text should display as normal. If they don't, send me a message and we can try to figure this out further.

Just to give an update here, the next College Daze release featuring Val should be out at some point tomorrow. EDIT: There's a small delay so it's not coming out right now but it'll be out by the end of Friday. If you'd like a teaser of who will be showing up, check the discord!

Not right now, that takes a ridiculous amount of time to put together and upload. That's why I provide links so that you can take care of it yourself, I'm not doing an all files upload for every single update that I put out.

Just to let everyone know, the next release wrapping up current pow development will be out tomorrow and then I'll be switching back to College Daze releases until around February 11th.

I just tried that one and I still get the youngified version of the rivals mom scene and I get to 'offer' her, despite being a maid and not enslaved.

No, this is a separate game that I rotate development for. College Daze development will start again next week and probably last for about a month.

Oh okay, there's also an alternate if she isn't imprisoned or enslaved where she's as her older version in a more romantic route.

I am. I just went back and redid it and discovered the problem. You only get the threesome if you youngify her, not if you reject the proposal. I wanted her to test it out on someone random before I gave it to my harem, but I tried the youngify version to be sure.

I didn't get that option. Does it occur if you have a trophy wife rivals mom that you've enslaved?

At the dinner party, you have the option to invite your rival's mom to the event based on her current status (if she's in prison or if she was your former lover and possibly some of her backgrounds but I can't remember). Assuming they're both there, you can then check in on your rival's mom and based on her status/backgrounds/your current stats, you can potentially have a threesome with her and your wife. This is also complicated by the fact that again based on the status the chief scientist might offer an option to temporarily youngify the rival's mom, which alters the scene.
