Weekly Update - .166f - Sydney BUGFIX - 1/29/22

In addition, I went back and made it so that all of Chang's library events are triggerable in the morning as well. This means you'll be able to finish the Assistant's book before dinner if you played your cards right -- but I still have to finish that passage so don't be surprised by a red link there if you do it right now . For Sydney, it's mostly just a set up for her plot-focused stuff in the next update tomorrow, but there is a sex scene for those that previously corrupted her during the thrall ritual.
If you don't want to make a new save, just set $syd_fate to "f" and you'll trigger it that way when you go to the library.
EDIT: The second part of Sydney's encounter is now up. Sorry about the wait, but hopefully you'll see why it took a while. You can ask her a series of questions about various characters, and right now the responses for Barberry, Karen, Lexi, Val, and Jill are finished. I still have a few more red links to take care of tomorrow, and then we'll move on to Lydia's event.
EDIT2: More of Sydney's stuff is up, this time talking about the demons, nuns, and if your intelligence is high enough or you performed the ritual with Sydney -- a question about the visions you've been having of Delia.
EDIT3: The last bit of Sydney's event is complete. Next week we'll get into Lydia's stuff and then hopefully at least start, if not finish, Sofia's as well. Note that like the update the other night, if you already grabbed .166b then you don't have to download it again, you can just grab the separate html file here.
If you're comfortable editing stuff, I'd recommend setting $bunker_vids to 3 and $suzie_knows to "naomi". This will ensure you can get access to the most lore for now.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1) If you need a clean install, download the .156a ALL FILES pack from this post.
Step 2) Unzip the all files pack to create your College Daze folder. From now on, you'll extract future updates and place them in this same folder, overwriting the previous content to update it.
Step 3) If necessary, download an update only pack like the one in this post.
Step 4) Unzip the update only pack and copy the contents of it.
Step 5) Paste these contents in your original 'all files' folder. Your computer will ask if you want to overwrite the existing HTML file. Click yes.
Step 6) If you did everything right, you should have an HTML file that you click to run the game and a fan-made Images folder that has folders from 'aug02' to '180'. If you find an 'Images' folder inside your 'Images' folder, that means you pasted it incorrectly and need to re-copy and paste stuff.
Step 7) When you run the game, the images and text should display as normal. If they don't, send me a message and we can try to figure this out further.

I don't play on android so I can't really help you, but maybe someone else can offer their expertise. You might also have better luck joining the discord channel and asking there.

Hey there just wanted to say that I love your game, but wanted to see if you have an android version or if theres a trick to download the game and some other apps to make it work on your phone?

No, it's already a lot of work keeping track of the choices in the character bios. The hovertips in new content tell you what you did/didn't do anyway, so just hover over them and it'll give you an idea of what that save is tracking. EDIT: I should mention that every big choice for each character is listed in their bios, so I'm not sure why you think they aren't helpful.

Could you add a recap feature of major choices? I am trying to play the game from my old save but I can't remember what I did and reading the bios of the characters is not very helpful.

No, if you set that variable, the game will think you did it with Sydney.

I'm assuming you needed to do the ritual for thralling with Sydney, but instead of you being 'thralled' it's her? In that case, what's the variable for making the game think you did it to her without going through the ritual again?

Just to let everyone know, I'm going to need some more time with the next part of Sydney's discussions, so it'll be coming out later 26th/early 27th morning to wrap that up before we move into Lydia's next event.

F95 has a game editor you can download. It allows you to easily edit most of the important variables in the game.

It's for the alternate photos/videos you can unlock in the phone. There isn't one for every character or anything, but the ones you can find have that variable tracking them (usually).

Speaking of, is there a guide, or could there be a guide, for save editing? I use the generic save editor website and export everything to notepad, but there are some tags I can’t figure out the meaning of, and not all of the stat edits reflect in the contacts when I load the edited saves.
