did I misunderstand something but when I get teh Itch.io game I get teh same one as in steam, did I misunderstand what I get or am I doing something wrong?

All patrons. It's the testing that is limited to select few, mostly to catch the big bugs or even game breaking ones before private alpha release. Private alpha should start around March, while the testing should start very soon. STC, we don't know if yet another bombshell drops.
