I hope that digital art gets a discounted rate because all my subscriptions are for digital art, and apparently my state may tax me, but this shouldn't change my subscriptions.

I consider my subscription to your patreon to be self care. I'm keeping it.

I live in Poland and have your channel subscripted for some time now. And I pay regular tax for it (23%, so subscription in total costs me 1.23$). Even if I would have to pay American tax also, even if that would be 100% (2.23$ - I think it wouldn't be 2.46$ because you shouldn't tax the tax, but in Poland it is possible), I'm not gonna unsubscribe - I like yours work too much :p

If I ever have to unsubscribe, I'll definitely come back ♡

In Ontario it shouldn't be more than an extra 13% ... So that's nothing. I'm not sure about the other Canadian provinces/ territories. But YEAH. Its whatever fam. I was actually pretty confused when I wasn't being taxed on it to begin with haha <3

I imagine it'll be a tax on your overall donation total(all your patron backings) , but haven't read into yet. I think tax on a buck is affordable either way for me, so I'll stick around.

I've been paying the European VAT (20+ percent on top of everything) since forever, so this probably doesn't affect me. Unless, of course, they try to double tax me somehow. :)

Taxes for the $1 tier shouldn't exceed 20 cents in the US, depending on the state. I've been expecting patreon to start taxing patrons for a while, but I'm not going anywhere. I need my Pixie and Brutus fix!
