I'm splitting things into Life Updates, Social Updates and Product Updates because I hate how salesy it sounds to talk about all the things I'm working on all the time, but they are also the most interesting thing that happens in my week and very much things you might be invested in, so I should include them? Anyway, skip anything you don't care about.
Life Updates
I'm dealing with a lot of grown-up problems this week so my output is lagging behind. Sorry about it.
I went to a Game Developers meetup and it was a pretty depressing vibe! Everyone was working on web3, crypto, NFT and AI projects and a lot of them wished they were working on real games again. Maybe one day I'll have the means to scoop up all those talented people...
My Surface Pro 8 is starting to struggle too. If anyone wants to buy me a new keyboard for Christmas that would help, haha
I decided to get into shape so I've been watching what I eat this week. So far so good. Still snacking a little too much, so you don't need to worry about me wasting away or anything.
I'd still like to plan a trip to Japan next year if I can somehow manage it, but I haven't made any moves yet
Finished Interview With The Vampire Season 2 - looking forward to Season 3! I'm also watching Taskmaster Australia now, as well as staying current on Taskmaster UK and Bleach.
Social Updates
I've tripled my following on BlueSky in the last 48 hours as Twitter continues to make strange policy decisions...
About 4100 Patreon Followers at the moment. I don't think I have plans to do that Beach Story Arc anymore, so we should figure out something fun for when it hits 5000
Product Updates
Speaking of Christmas, a reminder that if you were thinking about upgrading to Sticker Club, please do it by tomorrow morning because I will be ordering stock. <3
There's another Makeship prototype arriving on Tuesday! Ooo! There is a definite launch in November, I'm not sure when I will launch this one though? It's always a balancing act between the people desperate for more plushies now and desperate for me to slow down.
Swords: Cut the Deck is in the process of being manufactured. I haven't seen finished copies getting packed in boxes just yet, but no news is still good news, I hope? I think we did a great job of last minute polish to make the game better than it was before, so I'm quietly confident things are gonna turn out awesomely.
If you want a God of Darkness Edition please preorder, there are a finite amount left.A new webcomic platform by the TopWebcomics team has launched called Fables : you can follow Swords, Stars and Steel Tribe there by using my referral LINK. Its not very mobile friendly right now, but the team are working on it and they really appreciate bug reports. If things go well there, I might add a Swords Chronological Order as another series.

I'm beginning to worry my pre-order got lost in the shuffles. (Technically I have two preorders, one from January but that card got canceled and I couldn't figure out how to upate or cancel it in backerkit and a second one from October. I only want one of them...)

Oof, I feel the tech woes. Took my laptop to tech support today for a USB port acting glitchy, and found out my motherboard is failing and the warranty expired last December. 🙃
