I’m pretty sure that dragons might be able to be that big. Land animals would have to be either 100 tons or 1000 tons in order to collapse. That would have to be really really really big. Maybe possibly bigger than a whale? But definitely unable to fly.

Have u seen the anime "Heaven's design team"? It's a show abt God being lazy and having separate team design the animals that will b on Earth. They explain why certain mythical creatures can't exist, even has a Hell episode where the environment is different so they can do more with the animals.
