State of the Channel - What's Next in 2020

One of the big things I want to do is to increase the amount of video we make and also switch to a season type model where we develop content in batches based on "themes". This will allow me to better plan ahead and get some economies of scale when it comes to production. I'll be running several community polls here and on YouTube to get your feedback on what we should explore. Stay tuned!

Thanks for the support my man and best of luck on your own channel. YouTube can be quite the adventure but as I am sure you will find out it can be quite difficult and stressful at the same time. I think you are definitely doing it right by analyzing what has worked well for other channels. I've previously seen a couple new channels come right out the gates with high production value and a clear focus which has allowed them to rise quickly. Looking forwards to seeing what your take on this ends up being : )
