Yeah for run bts I reckon starting at the beginning is the best idea, cause it’s had the same general concept from the beginning and tho it takes a few episodes to get into the format it sticks with, the first few are still fun

For Run BTS I do recommend starting at the beginning but I recommend skipping episode 6. It's just a skit. The episodes do get better though as you continue.
