Gunman Contracts - Chapter 2 - Pre-Launch Available
🕑 Added 2022-02-04 01:23:42 +0000 UTCHi my dear patreons, I am happy to announce that it is finally time. After about 2 weeks of testing, bugfixing and optimizing, Chapter 2 is now up on steam. And as a little thank you to my patreons, I will share it with you first right now, before releasing it to the public tomorrow.
Gunman Contracts - Chapter 2 - Art of War (on Steam)
The mod is yet unlisted, so its only accessible via this link. Please keep it to your selfs for now if possible. I will list the mod tomorrow. After that it will show up in the workshop as usual.
Please note: this mod turned out to be a bit heavy on performance, and while it has been improved and optimized to kingdom come over the last weeks, a few stutters here and there throughout the map wont be avoidable.
Feel free to comment any bugs you may encounter either under this post or in the "Bugs, Errors and Suggestions" discussion within the mod.
So then, I hope you all will enjoy the new chapter in the gunman contracts series.

QUICK UPDATE: The custom pistol that 3d Artist Lennerson is working on has yet to be finished by him. So it will come with an update later when it is ready.

Ahhh, right! I know your problem ... the textures are named the same in chapter 1 and chapter 2. You must have had chapter 1 also enabled in the mods. You need to disable everything else atm. But i will put this into an update list if possible
Awesome ride, like I expected - with the little surprises in game mechanics and storytelling which made also the first one so special among all the HLA-mods! Great environment - with the right music, a couple of one-liners, and a voice for the villain - this could be Die Hard in VR. Thank you, sir! minor Bugs I noticed: - the loading screen at the start says and shows the picture and wording "chapter 1" - the mission writing in the lobby is "wake up Emily" - I lost my left hand in the hallway before going down the stairway to exit the buliding. Unfortunatly the needed key card was in my right wrist so I couldnt end the mission. But once restarted everything worked fine. To sum all up: this is a great experience! Equiped with bhaptics tactosy vest and arms, this is my favorite FPS right now. I hope for many more chapters and cant wait to play this with the new john-wick gun!
