They reviewed my page and said there were no problems with other works.
I asked them about the detailed of guidelines.
They said Patreon allows BDSM, but looks at the whole context of the piece and identifies whether it's a BDSM role play or not.
Thus, if there is more context in the work indicating that this is an agreed role play, it would be easier to identify it, they said.
They cited this work as a good example of BDSM, which patreon allows.

So if I am more careful and make some modifications to my work, I expect to be able to keep my patreon as it is now.

Also you should really consider starting an account at some backup funding platform like SubscribeStar. Next month they will change the rules once again and your art wonβt be okay anymore and so on until they eventually will ban all the adult content and your page too. And I donβt want it to happen.
