last week I came down with an awful case of Food Poisoning. Literally the sickest i have ever been in my entire life and i lost a bit over a week of time where i basically couldnt do anything. I'm working on it now and hoping to have the new CPA update ready by this weekend but it might be slightly delayed until next week. Sorry about that! and thank you all for sticking with me and to everyone that supported me and wished me well while i was basically dying lol

Yeah this was the opposite the awful symptoms and things happened before the extreme straining started. So there was definitely something in there my body was screaming to get rid of. I'm just glad it's over

If it helps, the blood probably isn't as scary as it sounds--that can happen when a capillary bursts because you've been straining so hard. I had something similar where I once vomited so hard that I had stomach cramps afterwards. (thanks, Soylent)

Yeah, don't worry I'm doing way better now. I'm more or less back to normal. But yeah especially those first two days I'm not exaggerating when I said it was the sickest I've ever been in my entire life. I legitimately thought like my kidneys were shutting down or I had appendicitis or something and had to go get a CT scan. I never ultimately found out what it was but I'm about 90% sure that there was something bad in this piece of weed chocolate that I ate the night before because all of it started less than 8 hours after I ate that for the first time. But it was... Really really bad. I've never thrown up that hard in my life and I literally couldn't keep anything down even water.. not to mention blood being in places that it really should not be and I was having stomach cramps so bad it was literally forcing me into the fetal position. The doctor gave me some anti-nausea and anti cramping medicine because they couldn't tell what it actually was. So they were reluctant to give me antibiotics. I was only able to get one of the three tests they needed to figure it out because the second test I messed up and didn't get the right sample and the third one I couldn't get a sample at all. So all we know for sure is it wasn't a bacterial infection like E coli or salmonella but we couldn't do the parasitic or viral test But as far as I can feel now I'm completely back to normal so I don't think there were any long-term effects or anything at least that I can tell. But I was basically dead to the world for about 8 days there lol that's why I'm kind of way behind this month
