Brainstorming Input for upcoming project

I'm slowly working away at a couple of projects behind the scenes that I'm not quite ready to announce yet (Want to get them to at least a semi-complete state first) but one of them would be a good opportunity for you all to help me shape an upcoming project if you wish! So group brainstorming! (Also lets me give you all a sneak peak teaser hint of what might be coming soon)
So basically, here's what I'm working on and what I need
I need to come up with 6 characters
3 women
3 men
2 of each are single
and the last two are an open couple with each other
And all six of them are size-shifters
What I'm working on coming up with is the specific species and body types for them, and also their personalities. I've got a few ideas floating around but sometimes having stuff thrown at the wall to see what sticks is great for helping my ADHD brain latch onto things and build on it.
So if you've got any feel free to throw out any ideas you have for character archetypes you like, personality traits you think are fun or interesting, species/size/builds (Normal-base height size) that you think would look good!
The thing to keep in mind for the context of these characters is: "a character someone might want to date"

Gany
A mouse girl with a playfully devious "semi femme fatale" nature. Lures friends or clients in to be shrunk, using her looks and body/sex appeal, and when she's got them where she wants them, taunts them over what they've gotten themselves into, but never actually hurts them. This has made her very rich, both in getting money out of clients and in the playful experiences she has with friends.
Piedunk
A red panda gal who's a bit nervous about her ability. She was raised to try and fit in, so she's very rarely used her power on purpose. When she gets spooked or surprised, you never know if she's going to shout or suddenly grow ten feet tall! Ironically a size queen, she loves to have bigger partners in bed, though if she gets carried away, her shifting starts to kick in and the size difference quickly flips...

A tall and rotund alligator fella. Doesn't feel the slightest bit of shame over his weight and carries himself with pride. A very charming and fun loving dude, who tends to be very physically affectionate with the people he likes. Definitely enjoys using his height and mass to playfully smother and cuddle with shorter people. His surging confidence leads to him having quite the ego though and he can sometimes be a little too eager to throw his weight around.

Collie Cuon
A lithe but extremely tall ~8ft mouse who's extremely self-conscious over his uncharacteristically immense size for his species. Feels very awkward about the looks he gets from random passerby and tries to compress his size as much as possible, leading to physical strain in addition to his mental insecurities. Also uncharacteristically hung af, of which is the one thing he's actually proud of.

Forceful and strong exercising lady. Upbeat and supportive and seemingly full of energy. Maybe too much so. Because...yeah I kinda want help but I am not very original.
