What is your favorite length for a hypnotic audio clip?

For me repeated listens have a greater effect than length. If I have 30 minutes I prefer listening to one file 2-3 times than 1 file that fills the time. I have a much easier time staying engaged with repetitions rather than a long session. If the file has an awakener I go deeper and have better focus with each repetition; I like feeling that progress in real time. A short file with no awakener on repeat is also great, as I can get more and more lost with each repetition.

It's easier to find 25 minutes than 40. On the other hand, when I do have time, I LOVE the longer sessions!
