Foundation 3: Obedience

Obedience is easy. It’s simply doing what you are told without any resistance. You find it so easy to obey.
You find yourself slipping easily into trance, perhaps feeling complacent, a little more open to suggestion. You can just keep going, going even deeper.
This comes so naturally. This trance relaxation. It’s so easy for you to melt into deep hypnotic trance, so easy to get comfortable, complacent, and relaxed.
Complacent and obedient. And so relaxed and blank as you go deeper and deeper still.
Resisting is so hard. It takes concentration and effort. It is so much easier to just relax and obey whatever suggestions and commands I give you. Relaxing and obeying. Just doing without thinking.
From now on, whenever you hear the sound of my voice, you find it 100 times easier and 100 times more enjoyable to obey the suggestions and commands that I give you. In a moment you’re going to hear a chime, and when you hear the chime you are going to say, out loud, “I obey”.

This foundation series is such a comfortable place to start, it's been a while since I've listened to your files so I'm really glad you made this series because it serves as a very gentle way to ease into the experience of trance with you, sort of priming the listener for what is to come and setting expectations! This was a wonderful listen! I love progressive training series like this that build on each other.

The first two in this series had me close my eyes as soon as they started, this one was the first that I kept my eyes open until you said to drop, and it was an interesting experience when my eyes finally closed and I fell so deep

Really enjoyed this again...went super deep and honestly don't even remember everything. But I felt super good, loved your voice even more and reacted to the commands without a second of hesitation. Took me a pretty long time to wake up, but I enjoyed it so much. Thank you.

I have gone along with hypnosis commands before but I have never done it so mindlessly. It felt so good when the words "I obey" came out, and I was surprised by how loud and enthusiastic my voice was, I truly only want to obey.

Oh, wow! You're good - I mean, *really* good, I knew that - but there's always been something holding me back from truly letting go. I've listened to many files over the years, desperately searching for that real, true obedient mindlessness, but I've only ever just barely managed to slide my fingers across its surface. Just for a moment. And I thought that was as good as it would ever get, and I accepted that. But *this* - I spoke without thinking. I drifted after your voice vanished from my ears for I don't know how long. It felt real. It felt amazing. And it's a bit scary... and I love it.
