I wonder, can you notice how you're feeling stuck and heavy...like the chair is made of honey...or like fine velvet soaked in gravity....and it feels so hard to move....like maybe you couldn't get up and leave, even if you wanted to....but you don't want to leave...ever.....because I'm your favorite therapist...and you're such a good patient.
You know, I don't usually do this, but I just have to tell you what an amazing patient you are. Usually people resist this depth of hypnosis. But you're so easy, so compliant, so willing. Look at you now: stuck in your chair, eyes glazed over under heavy lids. So good. My favorite. You'll come back to me again...and again...and again...
