A rough day
🕑 Added 2019-12-11 00:05:51 +0000 UTCI don't know what the point of this post is, I just... needed someone to talk to? Needed to vent? Probably better places to do it, but it does pertain to my Patrons.
I'm really exhausted from today. It's been a rough day, and I won't lie, I need help.
I thought about opening a ko-fi, use that like a tip service, but I didn't know if that sounded like I'm taking advantage of you guys. But again, today has been rough. I've thought about opening up another sale, this one available to anyone...
Maybe I will. Open it up on Questionable Content, or something.
I guess I just need to vent. I'm frustrated and angry. I want to be better for all of you, and myself. I want to make money from my writing. I want to save up money and enjoy it, but it feels like every time I do, life kicks me down.
Don't get me wrong, I know I'm extraordinarily lucky. I'm so fortune to have all of you guys in my life, helping me, donating to me, paying for my services. I'm lucky, and I'm blessed, and I owe so much to all of you. Don't think I'm not grateful for all of you. The fact that a person wants to donate even a dollar to me, the fact that people leave and come back to donate me, everything you guys do, it helps me.
But today's just been rough. I guess I just need someone to know that.
I don't want to be a charity case, and I don't want to sound like I'm some ungrateful beggar, but sometimes bad days pile up and hit you hard.
I want to earn my keep. I want to work hard, and have something to show for it. I want my hard work to be enough.
Guess I just want to end this on a question. This... whatever it is.
Is there anything in particular you want to see from me? Anything you think would be a good idea or a good service to you guys? I want to earn patrons, I want to earn my money, I want your money to be worth what you get in return.
Is there anything I can do to improve my services? Do you have suggestions you want to give, or ideas you want to offer that might help my Patreon grow?
It's okay if not. Hell, I have no idea on how I'm going to get this Patreon to grow. Just... write more, I guess? Honestly, I think I just needed to vent. Voice my frustrations.
Now we start the journey of rising above this chapter, and on to the next. Hope you follow with me.
And guys? Really, thanks for all you've done for me. Words can't describe it, but you've kept me going. I appreciate you.

I’m not the best person when it comes to stuff like this, if anything I’m the worst one I know at it, but for what its worth I believe in you and support you! ...Man that sounded cliche, thats why your the writer and I’m the reader.

everyone has bad days. Just know you have people behind you!!! I dunno about how to do better writing to be honest. Just try to do something fun or do something to let your mind rest!

I do have a Hentai Foundry account, but I'm wary about AO3. They tend not to like NTR or mind break stories, and promoting your patreon or commissions can lead to you getting banned. Personal experience there. Thanks for the tip, though. :)

Sorry about the late response but I've been thinking about what you said and the only think i can think of if you want to get your name out there is maybe open an account on several sites like Arcive of our own or Hentai foundry and post some of your old stories so you can get some more patreons hope this helps

Or have higher tier double prompt a month every once a year , its like a anniversary type thing for being a long term patreon with you.

Maybe have a word bank tier type thing ? Where they add up for example $5 for 500 a month to atleast have the lower tier create a story.

I'm really sorry to hear that you are going through a tough time. I wish I could give you some advice to help out. I admitedly know nothing of how this works, but if you are able to do a Kofi which much expenditure, why not give it a shot as a tip jar. Might be worth a shot. After all Even if it's only a small amount, every little bit hurts. Really wish i could provide more constructive support. But I wish you the best. You do an amazing job with your stories.
