Idea: Mega Story Polls?

Some story ideas can't be properly realized in 1k to 3k stories. It's just not possible, sometimes.
What if I did polls for stories that were a bit longer? Like, I put up three options and you all vote for which becomes a 6k to 9k story?
I don't want this to take up too much of my schedule though. If I did this, I'd still do one normal poll with a 1k to 3k story.
I think I would accept suggested ideas from my patrons, but I might negotiate and talk to whoever sends ideas to work out a good and proper plan for the story?
What are your thoughts, guys?
Edit: I will also NOT get it done within a week. Just letting ya'll know. But cause of the positive reception, expect a Mega Poll as soon as I can.

You should just make them as long as you feel you should. You don't want to stretch an idea you don't find interesting into 6k words when you feel done with it at 3k.

I think it would allow you to do stories with a bit more depth maybe split it into chapters or something like that

I can totally understand 3K not being enough. Though I think growing from 5K-6K first to give it a shot befor jumping to 6k-9
