Actually went on a little bit of a research trip between sex and pregnancy. Once you’re 20 weeks, it’s best to avoid missionary since the pressure from the uterus can block the aorta, preventing blood flow (obstetrician-gynaecologist from sharp.com). That’s my favourite position 😭 He better be good on his word before we reach that trimester ✨
