I'm home... but I'm sooo sick :(
🕑 Added 2023-12-17 01:59:52 +0000 UTCHonestly, I felt like I should be going to a hospital instead of going to the airport but we had no choice, we had to get home on time because our petsitters were booked with another family the day we were scheduled home.
Somehow I managed to drag my feverish self through not 1... not 2... but 3 fucking airports. There were times I thought I was going to pass out, and poor daddy had to manage all the luggage and even my backpack because I could barely carry myself. But we finally got home, and went to the doctor later that day. Covid test was negative, but she said she could swear I have it... apparently you can test negative at first, so she said to keep testing daily until I start feeling better.
I was just sick in November, then Daddy caught it. Then we went to Florida and halfway through the trip he got sick again, and then I caught it the day before we left. Now we're both sick. I am so ready for 2023 to be over.
I have got to get better by Monday evening because I booked an AirBNB for Daddy and the kids to go stay for 4 nights so I can finish recording for 2 game projects and try to squeeze in another audio to release. Maybe I can play the grinch with this voice...

Covid or not it sucks that you guys have been getting slammed by sickness this year especially while traveling. You guys were able to get home safe though and Iβm glad. I hope youβre able to get better soon, Candy, you really deserve some non stressed non sick time even if itβs just for a bit. Had something similar last month was realy sick for two weeks then it got better. Doc said it was covid but the test was negativ. Get well soon, i hear hugging the dog helps!π
