Well while i would personally like to see a permanent mega from one of his mons based on his goal to become a god which has nothing to do whit his pokemon or their bond logic states he should use it on his race (and if that's not possible his aura)

Evolving the little one further after it's natural evolution, on another note what would he get by using the evo on an eevee? Something with so many evos would it be random, choosable, a new eevee, duel type, many types... all types? The possibilities for this stone are endless and that shows it's worth and man are we all going to enjoy the end result either way

I'd say evolve his boost ability (the one Oak also has) or his eye. Or have him accidentally mis-tap and go for his tea ceremony skills (i think it was one of his first abilities).

He could evolve his system's ego so he could have his own great sage or Ciel from ttigraas and have the benefits from its superior intelligence and assistance.

I like the idea of him using it on the system, that someone already commented on. If not, evolving his body could be cool, could open up avenues to further assimilate the dragon typing from the eye throughout his body. Ignoring my dragon typing idea, I still think a body or species upgrade, could be very beneficial to the mc.

I forget if its mentioned on not. Can he use it on anything metaphysical? example being Luck. If so I think luck would be good. Make it so he is able to increase the odds of something rolling in his favor.

The story and his team are all based around his exceptional personal abilities allowing him to those things, so I’d say something that upgrades his abilities, like the spear, aura, one of his aura abilities, or I’d actually like to see him evolve his perfect body thing further to see if it could properly sustain rayquaza’s eye then

I Think you should use the evolution token on Alexander's mind so he would be smarter and would be able to take the strain of his dragon eye and might unlock psychic powers like telekinesis or something like observational haki.
