Download the mod 'litematica', it's a mod used to save schematics.
Otherwise also a schematic file is added for people using only world edit!
Then drop the .litematic files into your schematic folder and VOILA

Hi Juan! To every post, there’s a file attached. Download that file and unzip it. It contains everything from schematic to 2D guide. Hope that clarifies it :)
