I'm (fuckin FINALLY) throwing together a behind the scenes on how that vid came together, there's a few things we did that I'm really proud of and wanna show off a bit
before I put it together though I wanted to ask- do you guys have any questions about any part of the video or how it was made? leave a comment below and I might delve into it (smiles) (blushes) (shits self)

What is the most noticeable difference you've realized compared to animating or animatics? Is it easier or more fun?
when you make these longer videos, where do you start?

Oh, cool thanks. I'll go check that out.

I actually made a thread on twitter a while ago about this if youre interested
How did you do the intro? Was it all 3d and cell shaded, or did you trace from the 3d rendered stuff? Also, is the outline jitter from your character a stylistic choice?
How long does it take you to make these big meaty videos in comparison to the cardboard cutout videos?

Did you have a bunch of material for need for speed underground 2 or did it genuinely all boil down to 'this but more'?
How did you divide up shots/scenes from the video? Or in more simple terms, What does the timeline look like in your editor? lol
NFSWM, when you talked about the color scheme, how did you switch from the base color to the yellow-filter, was there a in game slider or through video editing ?
Which game would you consider holds up the most after replaying? Regarding the animation, what were the most fun parts to think of and design? And do you think the move made by EA to outsource development to Blackbox after HP2 is something that could work now given the right circumstances?

I'm curious who made what parts of the animation, personally. I know you got a whole team now.
