Taking a closer view during weight lifting (0.1.1 beta)

When you take a closer view at the girl doing weight lifting, the perspective will change. This should make it a little more intersting.
It will first be available for Heather in her skimpy bikini. More options and girls will be added later.

While we're at weight lifting: Ever since Jennifer told me that the exercise is most effective when lowering the weights completly, and thusly having 4 frames for the exercise - I'm missing the last one for the other girls :< On other news: love the new perspective! One sweet day I'm going to help Ivy with her weights
